Living Authentically

My life journey was deeply impacted by a powerful challenge I received years ago and I want to share it with you.

"If you believe the message, you should live like you believe the message."

This simple yet profound statement emphasizes the importance of aligning your actions with your beliefs. Genuine belief is not merely intellectual agreement with something, but rather, genuine belief demands that it is demonstrated through consistent behavior and lifestyle choices. Several physical, mental, and spiritual messages are important to me, and I choose to live each day like I believe each one. I invite you to consider how you are living out the "messages" that are important to you.

Plus 3

The foundation of living a life aligned with my beliefs is my deep connection with the Godhead – the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. I call this "Plus 3." This isn't about occasional connection; it's about an intentional choice to "abide" – to live in constant communion and partnership with the Trinity. I discovered that a life of true and lasting value is a life shared with God, where circumstances lose their power. It's not about doing things for God, but doing things with Him, empowered by the Holy Spirit.

I have unlimited access to the Lord my God all day, every day. It's the assurance of never being alone, of walking in sync with a loving and powerful guide – the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. This is the bedrock of who I am, and everything else I share flows from this foundation. I believe this same access and partnership is available to you as a believer in Christ.

I challenge you to grab hold of God and don’t let go. Agree to walk with him from this day forward. You may be thinking that you don’t know how to live life this way, walking in sync with God. That is how I felt several years ago when I called out to him with the relentless desire to know him more. In his faithfulness and goodness, he set out with me on a beautiful journey. He is inviting you; will you join him? He greatly desires for you to come along.

Personal Words

I am a wife and mom. I live in Culpeper with my husband, of thirty-seven years, and we love being empty nesters after raising four great kids. I love playing pickleball and spending time at the beach. I love Jesus. I love helping people know God and helping them know how to be well through a holistic health lifestyle.

It brings me immense joy to empower others, through education, guidance, and love, to experience a physically, mentally, and spiritually healthy life that allows them to achieve the dreams that God places inside of them. This is life to its fullest.

My entire life is shaped by everything I share here. I love to walk in purpose and identity, and I love how they intertwine beautifully every day. Ultimately, I want the world to drink deeply of the pleasures of God and experience the joyous mercies he gives to all who turn to hide themselves in him. (Psalm 34:8, TPT)
